Due to fraudulent orders, we only ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers if the payment method selected is Paypal or Bank deposit.
If you place an order using an anoymising email service (like a PO Box or Parcel Locker) and don't use Paypal or Bank deposit, we will cancel and refund your order (less transaction fees).
We require signature on delivery to ensure that your order is secure (we pay extra for this service).
It is hover possible for you to override this selection and request "safe-drop" from Australia Post.
If you elect to use "safe-drop" or request Australia Post to redirect your parcel, or have an agreement with Australia Post to redirect your parcel, you absolve us of all responsibility for the safe delivery of your parcel.
It is important that you provide us with a correct address for your order.
We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost within internal mailing systems (for example universities or mail rooms).
To ensure your parcel is covered, we suggest selecting "delivery insurance" as a shipping method.
We can't provide a refund for delayed postage, as this is out of our control.
If a parcel is left awaiting collection at a post office, you'll need to pick it up. If it gets returned to us, you are responsible for the cost of the return postage
